Live With Ease: The Juhas Approach
About
As summer begins to soften and the rhythm of fall draws near, you are invited to pause, exhale, and return to yourself.
Set within the serene and historic Wedding Garden at The Spa at The Old Mill, Resonant Roots is an intimate somatic dance and sound bath journey created as an end of summer reset for the body, mind, and nervous system.
This evening is an invitation to release what you are ready to leave behind, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and step into the next season feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself. Through guided breath, gentle ritual, intuitive movement, live sound healing, journaling, and quiet reflection, you will be supported in moving out of the analytical mind and into the deeper intelligence of your body.
No dance experience is required. No choreography. No performance. No pressure to move in any particular way.
